At Swaggadoo (“we”, “us”, “our”), we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a dropshipping business, many of our products are shipped directly from suppliers located in different regions.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered, supplier location, and destination country.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • United States / Canada: 7–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately from different warehouses or suppliers. You may receive your order in multiple parcels on different dates.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions or free shipping offers.


Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Incorrect Addresses

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier or supplier.
