Refund & Return Policy

At Swaggadoo (“we”, “us”, “our”), we want you to shop with confidence. As a UK-based dropshipping store, many of our products are shipped directly from trusted suppliers to customers in different countries. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from accidental damage or misuse
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Returns must be approved by us before being sent back.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Opened hygiene or personal-use items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution in line with your legal rights.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee responsibility for returns lost in transit

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

Because many items are fulfilled quickly by third-party suppliers, once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.


International Shipping Notice

We ship to multiple countries. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local couriers, and supplier location.

If your order contains multiple items, these may arrive separately.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
